Sunningdale House

Sunningdale House is situated in the busy market town of Honiton and has been successfully caring for the elderly since it was purchased by the present partnership in 2007. It is the Care Management team’s focus on achieving the highest standards possible that have built Sunnindale’s reputation as a forerunner in the provision of care for the elderly in East Devon.

We are located on the edge of the town but still close enough to have easy access to the local amenities.

Facilities

We are registered for 19 residents, with most of the bedrooms having en-suite facilities and every room has a 24 hour call bell system. Whilst the majority of our rooms are single occupancy we do have a double room available and stair lifts to all floors which provides easy access to all rooms.

Open and Welcome

The atmosphere at Sunningdale House is homely and welcoming with some lovely communal areas for the residents to enjoy, where they can relax and socialise with each other.

We have a large conservatory which opens out into the garden, where there are several seating areas and a Summer House, so during the summer months there is plenty of outdoor space for quiet reflection and peace and tranquillity.
